Botanic Psychology is the Adelaide-based practice location for Fiona Meredith. Fiona is a Clinical Psychologist providing Psychology and body-centred Somatic Psychotherapy to adults experiencing psychological, emotional or relationship concerns.

Fiona provides a calm, safe space in which to explore thoughts, feelings or ingrained patterns that create discomfort or imbalance in your life, and develop insight into the underlying causes of those difficulties. Her aim is to re-connect you to your internal guidance system, and to discover approaches, attitudes or ways of being that lead to meaningful change.

Sessions are available in person, or on line.
